HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Please allow 15-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside US may take up to 42 days). We work with different artists and manufacturers in different countries, this is the only reason why sometimes it takes a little extra time to get item delivered.

Promotional/ Handmade/ Made to order items could take up to 3-6 weeks as they are often in high demand.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

Quicker Store  is pleased to partner with artist and manufacturers all over the world in bringing products that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, USA and many different countries.

For this reason, sometimes products in your orders are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they will get to you!!

I’VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If you order has already entered the shipping process, then we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we will try to make it up to you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
